Custom-made or personalised jewellery may require additional processing time. Estimated timelines will be communicated prior to production.

We use trusted courier partners to deliver orders within South Africa.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times:

  • Major cities: 1–3 business days
  • Outlying areas: 2–5 business days

While we work closely with our courier partners, we are not liable for delays, loss, or damage once the parcel is in transit. However, we will assist in resolving any issues where possible.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

Any additional costs incurred due to incorrect address information will be for the customer’s account.
