Where possible, certain pieces may be adjusted to improve the fit. Adjustments depend on the design, construction and material, and may incur an additional cost. Any cost will be quoted and confirmed before the work proceeds.
Some designs cannot be adjusted. Significant size changes may not be possible or may require the piece to be remade at an additional cost.
Size confirmation, adjustments or remaking may delay dispatch. Orders will only be processed once any required sizing details have been confirmed, and delays may occur if we are unable to contact you.

Product care guidelines

To clean your jewellery, gently wipe it with a soft, clean cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive materials and vigorous scrubbing. Some pieces may require specific cleaning instructions depending on their materials or gemstones.
If your jewellery begins to lose its lustre over time, polishing or re-plating options may be available.*
